"The finish isn't quite how it appears in the image on the website, they look quite plastic. Since I bought them four weeks ago slight cracking has appeared on each corner of both of the troughs I bought. This has probably been caused by heat from the sun and hopefully won't get any worse."

"the planters arrived beautifully packed and the very next day. amazing! One slight oversight, there were no pre drilled holes in them and so had to do that. It would have been useful to have the option of having them done before shipping. Just a thought."

"Trough's arrived the next day amazing service. I don't know whether it was an oversight on my part, but I had to drill holes in the bottom of the planter for drainage. Maybe something could be mentioned about drainage holes. Apart from that excellent. Thanks"
