"The installation instructions fell out of the awning when it first opened!"

"The 2mtr awning is very easy to erect but does need 2 people to lift and fix it in position. Not overly impressed with the rawlbolts as they appear to be a little soft. Only 2 of them tightened up really tight. The other 2 were a little slack however it is still on the wall so happy with that. Apart from the rawlbolts everything appears to be of very good quality and it is very easy to wind in and out manually. Very happy with the product."
