"The product however was not satisfactory. Claims to keep feet warm were not founded in any useful way. Worn in walking boots this winter they were no better than good outdoor socks. Worn in the home they did eventually make a slight improvement. The popper stud contacts with battery top would not stay in place. I had to use elastic bands to hold the tops on. A disappointing product, the only saving grace is that the wool sock quality is good. A refund would be good!"

"Battery holder not suitable. Contact for top of battery does not stay in place. Battery sinks to bottom of pocket and loses contact. Disappointing :("
