"This was a direct replacement for a pump that was initially fitted 7 years ago. I was pleased that I could obtain an exact replacement after such a time. Primrose provided confirmation of despatch and the abilityb to track the order that was deliverd within the advertised timescale. A good service overall. "

"The pump I bought was a replacement for one of the same model bought some three years ago, which was in turn a replacement for an earlier one of the same model. The pump throughput matches my filter/pond size, hence the purchase of this particular pump. In addition I have spare parts to replace items which break through wear and tear. The one fault I have with this make of pump is that it can be difficult removing the filter cover. Perhaps the manufacturers could look at trying to make this more simple. As regards your part in delivering on time and in good condition, I can report that that was first rate, although The deliverers are not really in a position to wait around whilst the customer inspects the goods."
