"The product was fine but it wasn't made very well. The screws on the stem where you fit the base and the bowl were not fixed properly. When you tried to screw both bits tight it would come loose and sink into the stem. The base and bowl didn't screw tight enough so they were wobbly. We had to glue both bits to the stem for it be secure enough to put outside. As this was ordered as a present I wasn't really happy with this, but luckily my grand father didn't mind fixing it."

"The Birdbath is lovely. I actually purchased it on behalf of my Dad, as he does not have a computer. Once it arrived, we unpacked it and immediately thought how attractive it looked. The only problem is that in our opinion the base isn't big or heavy enough, as when a larger bird purches on the side it topples over."

"The item was an xmas present for my mum and after 6 days outside the bird bath had turned orange with rust around the edge. I contacted customer support who stated it was supposed to weather. I'm not sure what dictionary they are using but weathering to me means go greyer not rust out, especially after only a week. I'll now have to get it painted or replace it"

"I was delighted with the birdbath thank you. The delivery was next day and it was well wrapped. I have noticed some rusty areas, however appear in the bath since filling it with water, but I expect cast iron does this. I thought there would be a coating on it to prevent that. Generally, it looks lovely in my garden and I am pleased with it thank you."

"The cast iron Birdbath with Shell Bowl was exactly as the image, and exactly what we was after. The Bird bath is heavy enough so that cats and foxes can't knock it over, and is small enough so that it doesn't dominate teh garden. The Item did arrive damaged, but a quick call to primrose facilitated a replacement sent the following day free of charge without any quibles or follow-up calls, which is quiet refreshing. "
