"not a happy teddy bear, on opening order this morning to set up water feature, discovered that Bolt holes on pump handle do not not marry up with the bolt holes on post in the middle of the pump body. Having rung telephone number on invoice/delivery note, I am now waiting to hear from your returns department. I am not happy."
