"Although a beautiful planter, looks classy, the item had a chip out of it and a few scratches on the side. I have turned the damaged part to the wall so it is not seen. This is not a cheap item so it should be more resilient."

"I have to say that I am very pleased with my item but I have marked it down by one point due to the courier service you used for delivery. I received a text message from the courier company to say that they were at my house and because no one was in could they leave it in my front garden as there was no need to sign for it. I agreed to this as I live in a very secure estate and knew it wouldnt go missing. Anyway upon my return I did indeed find it in my front garden, but thrown at least 20foot deep into it even with fragile tape all over the packaging. Luckily as it was so well packaged there was only one small chip to the bottom of the pot. I am wanting to order a few more of these pots from you in the near future but am worried the same will happen again and wont be so lucky just to receive a small chip with the next ones. "I ordered the Tall Black Planters and there was a delay on them. I was very please when I recieved an e-mail from you saying they were in. The planters arrived quickley but was very disappointed when I opened one of them to discover it was damaged! I contacted you and was told to send in photographic evidence of this, which I did via e-mail twice but on both occasions I was told you had not recieved it! The planter was collected and I have been told that I can not have a new one until May when they are back in stock. So overall no I am not pleased with this service as I have paid for a planter which I still do not know when it will arrive!!!"

"We are very happy with the product that we purchased and they are excellent value for money. We spent ages searching for something within our budget and this was what we found. We've also previously bought a Water feature, which we're also very pleased with. The only minor comment would be that we put on our delivery instructions to be called an hr before delivery so that we could make sure one of us was at home (we work 10mins away) but nobody called. Fortunately our neighbour was in to sign for them, but Im not sure whatwould have happened if they were out too! I do appreciate however, that this was probably down to the delivery company and not Primrose!"
