"I ordered the Tall Black Planters and there was a delay on them. I was very please when I recieved an e-mail from you saying they were in. The planters arrived quickley but was very disappointed when I opened one of them to discover it was damaged! I contacted you and was told to send in photographic evidence of this, which I did via e-mail twice but on both occasions I was told you had not recieved it! The planter was collected and I have been told that I can not have a new one until May when they are back in stock. So overall no I am not pleased with this service as I have paid for a planter which I still do not know when it will arrive!!!"
