"I have to say that I am very pleased with my item but I have marked it down by one point due to the courier service you used for delivery. I received a text message from the courier company to say that they were at my house and because no one was in could they leave it in my front garden as there was no need to sign for it. I agreed to this as I live in a very secure estate and knew it wouldnt go missing. Anyway upon my return I did indeed find it in my front garden, but thrown at least 20foot deep into it even with fragile tape all over the packaging. Luckily as it was so well packaged there was only one small chip to the bottom of the pot. I am wanting to order a few more of these pots from you in the near future but am worried the same will happen again and wont be so lucky just to receive a small chip with the next ones.
