"easy to set up, good range of rate of delivery of water to my waterfall. However, I did find that the insert connector for the hose connection came out rather easily at first and I nearly lost it in the pond! Seems to be firmer now and all working well."

"initially, i had a problem making appropriate connections to my water feature but after emailing the company, an adviser sorted the problem for me. the pump is quite good but i think i should have ordered a more powerful version. it certainly moves the water to the correct height but i must have underestimated the flow required - not your fault but mine"
