"Bestellen , betalen en ontvangen zonder problemen, maar als je echter iets wil retourneren moet dit naar E.K. en kost het zoveel dat je dat dan maar niet doet. Heb na mijn verkeerde bestelling toch nog 2 nieuwe doeken ( zandkleur gebreid) besteld en die vallen heel goed mee. Nu heb ik 2 doeken in reserve , of te koop aan 50% (zonder schade). 1 ( ivoor 3x3) heeft 2 jaar onder veranda gehangen en de 2e (zandkleur 3x2) geweven ipv gebreid 1 maand. Het geweven doek laat iets minder licht door en vind ik een beetje minder mooi omdat er een naad in t' midden zit."

"The kookaburra 9'10"x 6'7" is very sturdy. Previously, I bought another sail (coolaroo) and the quality cannot be compared. I live in Arizona and sun and wind take a toll on our sails. Kookaburra sails may be a bit more expensive than the brands found at costco but I believe it's worth it. Since it was the first time I had ordered this brand, I only ordered one sail and that is my only regret. I chose a straw like yellow and the color is discreet but far from bland. I am very happy with this purchase."
