"Item was just what was needed and the size and shape perfect. However, it was dented on one side. The 60cm Zinc Galvanised Dark Bronze Cube is not that thick and only when fully unpacked was this dent on the side noticed. Because its size it was not possible to unpack upon delivery (very large cardboard box with item wrapped in plastic) and had to wait until I had help to make use of it out on the patio. Maybe this was how it arrived at Primrose? Do they unpack and check all items before dispatch to customers?"
