"Really unhappy with the product. Attempted to cut down panels to reduced width and it fell apart. Phoned and was told to clamp it and cut it down, which is fair enough but it just doesn't work. We have to remake frames and weave the willow back in, unfortunately I have to pay my guys more than the 10p an hour some poor chinese kid was probably paid to make these in the first place. "

"My mother in law took delivery of the fence panel and when I inspected it later on I was very disappointed to find that the bottom of the panel was split. I only ordered one panel and I can't believe that you sent one that was that damaged. For the cost of almost £55, I was expecting much better than that. Our neighbours are looking for some wicker fence paneling and they are looking to order around 60m. Shame that I won't be recommending your website to them! "
