"We ordered 2 of these, one of which was faulty and we used the test probe to check it was working and it didn't. I have emailed the company on the email provided but had no reply regards returning this. The other collar was used on two of the dogs and again made no difference, both dogs have continued to bark."

It worked after the first 2 times she wore it and now she's much calmer when we let her out and listens to us when we call her back in. "Absolutely awful item, didn't adjust intensity as stated - it merely had noise then no shock or noise then shock. The shock wasn't suitable for any animal either, well maybe a horse, but certainly not any dog. I tried it on myself and couldn't believe this was remotely legal!!! Opted for a spray collar and it's worked perfect."
