"I had no problem with the delivery or service from primrose, in fact delivery and communication was excellent and without fault. The problem was with the mousetraps themselves - they are ineffective. The spring trap is not light enough to activate when a mouse steps on the trap - i.e. they can eat the bait without being caught...grrrrrr pesky rodents."
