"The planter once assembled is OK however: - there was no instructions - although advertised no screws were supplied - the finger joints were all misaligned so I had to chisel them to make them fit. The quality control of the manufacturer is obviously inadequate."

"Very poor quality control on the manufacture of this product. We ordered 3 of these in different sizes. The first wasn't as nice as advertised but was acceptable but it went downhill from there. One arrived covered in mould and the finish had rotted off. It was replaced and the rebates were so far off the sides could not be joined - over 1cm out. They had to be recut to stand any chance of joining the sides. Good idea but terrible workmanship."

"The planters themselves are good. But putting them together was very difficult, firstly as no instructions are provided and secondly they needed some brute force to get the wooden slats in the corners together. As a lone female putting these together it was basically impossible (I consider myself basically competent with this type of thing, IKEA flat packs are no problem). Getting an update on delivery was also problematic and it was not a next day delivery despite statements on the website."
